Corridome is a register of the US firms around private equity and M&A: PE advisers and their funds, broker-dealers and boutique banks, the companies sponsors own, and the deals they bought, sold or advised on. It is built from public records (SEC filings such as Form ADV, Form D and 8-K exhibits, SBA loan data) and the firms' own websites, and every record says which document it came from. New filings go in every day.
Deal teams use it to see who advised on a deal, which sponsors are raising, who owns a company, and who to call at a firm.
A sample is open to everyone, and a free account opens every record. Membership is $99 a month ($948 a year) and adds full lists, the source documents, follows and alerts, exports, and the connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Teams are $99 a seat a month, three seats minimum.
