Real Time and Accurate Support That Pulls Straight From Our Docs

Small team, so I'm the one answering "how do I install the extension on a locked-down work Chrome" for the fifth time in a week. Last month a new customer's IT had Chrome behind an enterprise policy and their whole team was blocked on install. They emailed about it around 7pm. Corebee answered with our managed-Chrome allowlist steps and the extension ID inside a minute, pulled straight from our own docs, and I found the thread already closed the next morning. That's the thing for me, it answers out of our documentation instead of making things up, and it only comes to me when it's genuinely stuck. Flat $99 matters more than people admit too. Most support tools priced us by resolution, so the better they worked the more we paid, which is a weird thing to root against.

It answers from our own docs instead of guessing

The thing I cared about most is that it doesn't make things up. It answers out of our own help docs and shows the source under each reply, so when a hiring manager asks "why didn't my job post sync to LinkedIn" or "how does the screening rubric work," I can trust what it told them. Anything it's unsure of, it hands to us with the full thread attached. It also takes phone calls, which for us matters because recruiters call, and it was live in an afternoon.
