BarbrFlow is an AI receptionist for appointment-based salons: hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, beauty salons, make-up artists and tattoo studios. It works on the business’s own existing WhatsApp number, connected through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business connection, so clients keep messaging the number they already know.
When a client sends a message, BarbrFlow answers within a minute, day and night, checks the live calendar per staff member and proposes concrete times. It books, reschedules and cancels appointments according to the salon’s own services, opening hours and cancellation rules, and only books services that exist in the salon’s own price list. Deposits are paid online (for example with iDEAL or card) directly into the salon’s own Mollie or Stripe account. Reminders go out before every appointment, and a freed slot is offered to the waitlist. When something is unclear, the conversation is handed to the owner instead of guessing.
Owners and staff see everything in one dashboard with the calendar, occupancy, revenue and no-shows per staff member. BarbrFlow costs €249 per month per business, excluding VAT, all-in for regular use, including AI processing and Meta’s regular WhatsApp message charges.
