Coprily is a web application for volunteer managers of small condominium associations in France (copropriétés run by an unpaid co-owner acting as syndic). It is built for buildings with 2 to 5 main units, or an operating budget under 15,000 euros, which French law places under a simplified regime (article 41-8 of the 10 July 1965 Act).
General meetings are free with no time limit. Coprily turns the items to vote into an agenda, gives each resolution its legal majority (articles 24, 25 or 26), computes the 21-day notice deadline, and produces the notice of meeting, the proxy form, the postal voting form, the attendance sheet and the minutes. During the meeting, votes are counted in ownership shares (tantièmes).
The full plan adds the annual budget, service charge calls split by ownership shares with one letter per owner, payment tracking, reminders and formal notices, a cash-basis ledger built from bank statements, building documents, unit sales with the pre-sale statement (état daté), and works. Each co-owner can get read-only access to their units, charges and meeting documents.
Coprily does not replace the syndic: documents are generated and downloaded, and the volunteer manager serves them. It does not handle double-entry accounting, which French law requires outside the simplified regime. The interface and all documents are in French. Data is hosted in the European Union.
Pricing: general meetings and owner records are free; the full plan costs 99 euros per year for the whole building, VAT included, after a 15-day free trial with no credit card. Coprily was designed by a volunteer syndic, for volunteer syndics.
