What I like most about CopeSwipe is that it gives my patients access to free coping tools right when they need them. It's easy to use and always available on their phone, so they don't have to remember everything we talked about during an appointment. I spend a lot of time teaching coping skills, but it's common for patients to forget the details once they leave. CopeSwipe gives them a simple way to go back to those skills, or find new ones, when they're feeling stressed or overwhelmed. I like that the tools are evidence-based, practical, and easy to apply in everyday life. It's a resource I feel confident recommending to my patients.

I appreciate that it has so many Free Coping Cards, even before logging in! The fact that it is Therapist led and not pure AI is even better! With how things are going with technology and the amount of access people have at their fingertips, an App like this will do wonders to help with dealing with mental health struggles. I love the idea of this and how much thought and care was put into creating it!
