Love the customer service, Even when there is seemingly not a way to change something rick always finds a way to customize the portal so that it works the way i want it to. We are able to create a customer initiation process that is spesific to each client. All my integrations are easy to connect. Coordinate makes it easy to make your userexpierence feel bespoke and personal. At first i was worried about my customers getting lost in the system but now i am confident with a few helpful pointers it will all feel intuitive to them. I am launching my application process at the end of this week and it only took me 3 weeks to throw it together. it would be less but my system is pretty complex. Honestly its a great deal for what is being offered. this is going to really change the way we throw craft fairs, get payments, sell our online classes, and more.

Coordinate's deep integration with Zapier and their white-glove service has been a game change for me. I am able to process and complete double the amount of projects than I could prior to implementing Coordinate with our business. It's enabled us to fully automate our customer intake process, which was completely manual. It's a major time saver for us! I also love the customer portal. It's easy for customer's to access their projects and we can easily tell if someone is trying to access who isn't a part of the project.
