CookieConsentHQ is a cookie consent platform for websites. It shows a cookie banner, blocks known trackers until a visitor chooses, and records each choice in a consent log you can export as CSV. The banner and the blocking of known trackers keep working when a site goes over its plan's pageviews, and there are no overage fees.
On every plan: automatic blocking of known trackers before consent, Google Consent Mode v2 (all four signals), Global Privacy Control and a consent log with CSV export. Paid plans add geo-targeting by country, US state and Canadian province, scheduled scans that check Google's consent signals, consent-rate A/B testing and new-tracker alerts. It installs on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, any HTML site, or through Google Tag Manager.
Pricing: free up to 25,000 pageviews a month for one site; paid plans from $8 a month; an Agency plan covers 25 sites with 10 million pooled pageviews for $79 a month. Not supported yet: IAB TCF, IAB GPP, Google CMP certification, and cookie or privacy policy generators.
