The email & workflow builders are deceptively powerful, so enlightening. They look so simple but you can do a lot with them, and our team absorbed them up quickly. We saw broad user adoption within the 1st month which almost never happens with enterprise tools. The Conversion team also knows Salesforce at a deep level, which mattered because our CRM setup is not straightforward and they navigated it like they had seen it before.
