A project control software that contains intuitive features and manages large amount of data.

|Contruent Enterprise (formerly ARES PRISM)
ARES PRISM works faster and quicker than any other software I have seen. The good thing about it is that it gets integrated with my older systems too. The features are flexible for example like import and export. It reduces the amount of time spent on working and it does the work in half amount of time. It manages project life cycle and contains robust features like Budgeting, Change Management, Collaboration, Dashboard, Milestone Tracking, Portfolio Management, Project Planning, Reporting/Analytics, Requirements Management, Resource Management, Task Management, Time & Expense Tracking and many others.

Ares Prism support project teams fo monitor and follow up projects and help project control team to follow best practices and standards of project management. Prism G2 lets project team to improve their skills when it comes to change and earned value management

Easy for organization and publication

I like that projects can be linked across multiple pages, such as data sheets are immediately linked with graphs and presentation formats. Therefore, if you make modifications to the data sheets, they will automatically be updated on the linked pages. Additionally, it is very user friendly.
