Contracts Connected is contract operations software for construction. Project management runs the job and accounting runs the money. Contracts Connected runs the contracts and the compliance documents behind them. Build each subcontract on your own templates, with the project's data entered once. Route it through your internal approvals and send it as one package. Vendors redline and sign inside, with e-signatures built in and no separate signing app. The vendor portal then collects what each vendor owes: certificates of insurance, W-9s, licenses, bonds, lien waivers, weekly certified payroll on prevailing wage jobs and closeout documents. It reminds vendors on Monday and Wednesday mornings until everything is in. One tracker shows who can mobilize, who is compliant on site and who can be paid. AI is optional, at three levels: no AI at all, AI that reads each COI against your requirements, or an AI agent that chases vendors for you.
