It's hard to pick one feature. I love that it works on a wide range of systems (Windows, AIX, Linux) and is able to make my life simpler by eliminating tedious tasks from my daily routine. The self service web interface is also amazing, as it allows non technical users to run tasks in multiple systems with a couple of clicks. I also like the built in script repository that houses scripts in various scripting languages along with version control in one spot. This makes it much simpler since there is no need to hunt down where a script is stored.

I am a very happy and satisfied customer of OpCon which has helped me in doing the repetitive task and saved my energy and given me relief to do more accurate and business driven work by automating my critical and repetitive work. We are using this tool in every department of our organization and it really don’t bound you to It sector but our finance department is also taking much benefit from it. This software has taken us one step ahead towards our customers we know who the right person is and what the right piece of information we have to deliver. It's openness to IT ecosystem and the integration possibility. In addition, recent innovation on User Experience (web oriented GUIs, Sel-service tools) make this solution easy to use and customizable. We're working on developing and increasing the deploy of such services among end user. In addition, using API makes it easy to develop own application to manage objects within existing company's processes.
