Contactwho is a web-based B2B contact-finding tool for people who prospect one account at a time. Instead of filtering a database by job title, you describe what you sell (or buy) in a sentence, name a target company, and optionally a country. Contactwho identifies the company in its licensed data (about 16 million companies, about 145 million employee records), resolves duplicates and subsidiaries, and maps the buying center for your offer: which department owns it, who signs, who evaluates, who is affected. It then ranks the actual people in those roles, labels each as primary, secondary, influencer or stakeholder, gives a short reason for the ranking, and assigns a conviction tier (strong fit, good fit, possible).
From the ranked list you can reveal a verified work email (1 credit) or a direct-dial phone number (5 credits, paid plans only), save people to lists, export to CSV, HubSpot, Salesforce and 12 other CRMs, or draft an email or LinkedIn message from the ranking context. Contact details are verified at reveal time; a reveal that cannot be verified is not charged. Searches are unlimited on every plan, including the 14-day trial.
It is not a bulk list-export tool. Searches are per company, phone numbers are not available on the trial, and it does not send email on your behalf. Plans start at $29 per month for one user; the Team plan covers 3 users with pooled credits and shared reveals.
