Connect books is the best software to get ecommerce data into quickbooks
This is the simplest most thorough software to use when trying to get accounting info into Quickbooks. I have tried Webgility, A2X and a handful of other software. this actually balances your entires before posting them where others do not and you always end up with discrepancies in the end. Not the case with connectbooks.
