ConciergeDeck replaces the parcel sheet, key book and paper visitor book at a staffed residential front desk with one app on the reception phone.
Parcel Desk. Staff frame the recipient block on the label and ConciergeDeck reads the name and address, suggests the matching resident and logs the parcel to a searchable ready queue. Manual entry is always available for unclear labels, and several parcels can be logged in one batch. At collection, staff tick the parcels leaving, record the collector and capture a signature. Records can be searched by resident, parcel, status or date, and exported as CSV.
Key Desk. Register each key or fob with its box position, set and contents: scan it, print a QR key tag, or add it manually. Every hand-out records who took it, why and a signature, and the return is one tap. Restricted and master keys need the staff member's personal PIN to release. QR tags carry no flat, resident or box details.
Visitor log. Sign guests and contractors in with just a name, see who is in the building now, hand keys to a visitor in one step, and get a warning when someone signs out with keys still held.
Built for shared desks. A device signs in to one building with site credentials. Each person on duty selects their own staff profile, so shift changes take seconds and every record shows who handled it. The core desk workflow keeps working during an internet interruption.
Owner account. Create sites, authorise devices and manage billing from the owner account. Reception staff never see billing. Resident email notices are optional and set per site, sent from the site's own mailbox with a plain or customised template.
Residents don't need an app. Import residents from any CSV or Excel move-in sheet.
