COMPREDICT offers purely software-based solutions for OEMs and suppliers. With our data driven approach using AI and machine learning, we can exactly predict failures of mechanical and electronic components and we are able to calculate the remaining lifetime of the major components of any vehicle. Data is collected only from sensors which are already part of the system. Furthermore, our methods enable lightweight design and cost savings and they speed up the development process of automotive OEMs and suppliers. We are a German startup specialized in AI-based algorithms and analytics using existing in-vehicle data. Our mission is to provide fleet operators and engineers with efficient, user-friendly data analytics tools, to get the most value out of extensive data volumes produced by connected vehicles. For fleet operators, we provide wear prediction and anomaly detection of critical vehicle components like brake pads and brake disks or tires, fault prediction of 12/24V batteries, continuous total mass in motion, and high voltage battery condition. We alert about component failures before they occur, and predict component lifetime. Our algorithms are hosted on an industrialized, scalable cloud-based hub, providing flexible and convenient REST/API interfaces to existing fleet management platforms, or alternatively our own visualization interface.
