Complimus is a Shopify app that covers four EU rules for online stores: the Omnibus lowest prior price, GPSR product safety information, the EU legal guarantee notice and the EU withdrawal button. It uses Shopify theme app extensions, so no code is needed and the theme stays untouched.
Omnibus lowest prior price. Complimus saves the price of every variant every day, in every Shopify market. When a product goes on sale, it shows the lowest price from the 30 days before the sale next to the sale price, which is the prior price Article 6a of the Price Indication Directive asks for. Merchants set rules per country, choose which discount codes count, fix non-compliant compare-at prices in bulk and get email alerts.
GPSR product safety information. Merchants save each manufacturer once, add an EU responsible person where the manufacturer is outside the EU, and assign products in bulk. A product safety block shows these details with links to the conformity declaration and the manual.
EU legal guarantee notice. Complimus shows the harmonised notice in the shopper's language, and adds the GARAN durability label when a producer gives a free guarantee of durability longer than two years.
EU withdrawal button. A withdrawal form, inline or in a popup, uses the labels "Withdraw from contract here" and "Confirm withdrawal". Customers get a confirmation email at once, and each request is listed with its refund deadline.
