Collaboration and standardization within both the Compass Relationship Management (RM) software specifically and the organization in general, make it possible - contrary to mainstream suppliers like f.e. Salesforce - to create flexible procedures and workflows. The existing software can be integrated in a user-friendly manner which makes adoption by the users so much easier. We've teamed up on a couple of projects now. During a carehotel project, VodafoneZiggo (VZ) took care of reliable Dataservices, Infrastructure and Multimedia solutions while Compass connected and integrated all software and systems involved. Another project hooked up Storm (our contact center platform) with the client's other back-end systems, so agents can browse through the right customer info, automatically popping up during a call, instead of having to switch between screens. Both projects were “smooth sailing” due to the flexibility of Compass, making integration of multiple vendors an easy task. Great to work with a partner that always looks at the bigger picture, integrating all software and systems instead of just dealing with their own piece of the puzzle.

I appreciate the way they think outside the box to align our joint proposition around added value for our customers. With their integration proposition, they would strengthen our position and overall proposition with our most important customers. They would also enable us to gather more business information to complement our NPS data and trigger next actions directly within our current customer systems.
