The easy integration into my existing workflow with the forked version of VSCode and the CLI integration for use in ohmyzsh. The ability to select from a large number of models to suit my tasks is great.

What stands out most about Devin AI is how well it manages the entire software engineering workflow from scratch. Instead of just giving snippets of code like typical chat assistants, it can setup the repository, install dependencies, and build actual software components inside its sandbox. I really like that it can debug its own mistakes by reading error logs autonomously. It significantly cuts down the time spent on boring boilerplate stuff, which give our engineering team more room to think about architectural design and product logic.

As an L2 Administrator in an MNC, I handle a lot of repetitive troubleshooting, documentation, and day-to-day technical work. Devin AI is especially helpful when I need support investigating an issue, making sense of scripts or configurations, or quickly pulling together a workable solution. It saves me time on tasks that would otherwise take a lot of manual research and back-and-forth. I also like being able to use it as a second pair of eyes when I’m troubleshooting something unfamiliar or outside my usual scope.
