Brought real consistency to how we manage client conversations

We run a pretty structured client partnerships operation — discovery processes, defined stages, multiple people touching the same accounts at different points. The problem was always consistency. Not everyone shows up to a client call with the same level of context, and that can show. What Codia does is standardize that baseline.
