SmartForm replaces the PDF intake form with a hosted questionnaire that checks itself. Immigration consultants (RCICs) and immigration lawyers send a client one link; the client fills it in on any device with save-and-resume, and 54 written rules run as they type. A gap in the ten-year personal history, an end date in the future, an expired IELTS or CELPIP result, a passport that ends before the job, a declaration answered Yes with nothing explained: each is shown to the client in plain words, and the questionnaire cannot be submitted while an error remains.
The consultant receives complete, consistent answers in a dashboard, with findings grouped by section beside the client's data, and exports them as PDF, JSON, or copy sheets laid out for the IRCC forms they feed. Seven questionnaires cover work permit, study permit, visitor visa, Express Entry, PR dependants and both sides of spousal sponsorship, each built on the IMM forms it maps to. Firms can add their own questions.
Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only by clients per month. Data is hosted and backed up in Canada with row-level tenant isolation and an audit log of every view and export. The checks are deterministic rules, not AI: a consultant can state exactly which 54 rules were applied.
SmartForm checks completeness and internal consistency of client-supplied information. It does not verify accuracy and is not immigration advice.
