RingGenieHub is an AI receptionist for small service businesses in the US, including home services, contractors, property managers, clinics and salons. It answers every call on your business number 24/7, including several calls at once, so callers never reach voicemail or a busy tone. It books appointments directly into Google Calendar or Outlook, answers questions about your services, prices, hours and service area in your own words, and takes detailed messages that are emailed to you the moment the call ends. Urgent calls can be transferred live to your phone on Professional and Elite plans. Every call comes with a full transcript, and the assistant speaks English and Spanish. Plans start at $79 a month with no contract.
