Cocoon has made the leave process exponentially easier as an employer and for our employees.Cocoon takes the burden off our team to manage leave approvals, staying on top of state leave laws, and assisting our payroll team with leave pay. From an employee perspective, Cocoon's dashboard provides a great visualization of their leave plan, displays all pay sources, and handles communications to managers and HR so the employee can focus on what's important. The support team is knowledgeable and usually quick to respond when issues or confusion inevitably arises (leaves are confusing!). In the few years we've partnered with Cocoon it's been amazing to see the pace at which they are evolving and adding new features as they continue to grow and learn in the space.

Hatch's primary objective is to assist families in achieving good sleep. We accomplish this goal by providing people with thoughtfully designed products and experiences tailored to their ever-changing sleep needs. Cocoon is a valuable resource that helps employees navigate leave laws and compliance regulations during these critical times. Making a mistake in this area can take a lot of work to rectify, both legally and financially, as well as on an interpersonal level. Therefore, we rely heavily on Cocoon, an essential tool for us. Instead of spending hours filling out paperwork and bouncing from website to document to website, our employees can be with their families or get to bed.

The most helpful parts of Cocoon are the administrative lift that the system provides and the Customer Success team. With the Cocoon team processing the leaves, I'm free to focus on other strategic parts of my job.
