CoContractor is roofing software in an iPhone app. It runs the job from the storm to the signed contract: storm and hail maps, door knocking, inspection photos and reports, roof measurements, estimates with e-signature, invoices paid by bank, and team chat, all on one property file the whole team shares, with an AI assistant named Brigg built in. Built for roofing companies, from solo roofers to companies with many locations and hundreds of reps, on retail and insurance jobs.
Storm and hail maps: free hail maps for the US, with live hail swaths from NOAA radar, storm alerts by state and hail size, and every storm ranked by the properties it hit. Most addresses have up to five years of hail history, and a storm's hail area becomes a territory for your reps.
Door knocking: one tap logs the knock with GPS, Next door opens the next property to knock, and territories split up the map. Knocks, notes, photos, and new properties save without signal and send when the rep is back online. Managers see doors knocked, inspections booked and done, and signed jobs by rep, with a leaderboard.
Photos and reports: photos land on the property with spoken captions and markup, and CoContractor builds a branded inspection report with the storm history, sent by email and text. You see when it's opened, and the homeowner can pick a time for the next visit from the report.
Proposals: measure the roof on the map with the 3D scan, order EagleView or 1ESX, or upload a report you already have. Quantities come from the measurements and prices from your pricebook, and the homeowner picks good, better, or best and signs on the rep's phone. The signature is time-stamped and located, the three-day cancellation notice is in the contract, and the signed copy is emailed and filed.
Insurance jobs: share the carrier's claim from email or a picture of the paper copy, and the app's AI reads it into the estimate: the lines for the main building and other structures, RCV, depreciation, ACV, the deductible, and the net claim.
Getting paid: invoices go out from the property, the homeowner pays by bank transfer on a page with your company's name, and QuickBooks Online stays current.
Your team: channels, direct messages, and a conversation on every property, a calendar with Google Calendar sync, and roles, with a team for each location.
Brigg, the AI built into the app, answers from the company's own account. He books inspections, sets up EagleView orders, writes team posts, and prints reports, each as a card the rep checks. Nothing happens until the rep taps.
Pricing: the Field plan is $119 a month with one seat included, $40 a month for each extra seat, and $15 of AI a month included, with more in $10 packs. 14-day free trial, then month to month: no contract, cancel anytime.
