CNX is recruitment software for companies of 10 to 50 employees that hire without an HR department, covering the path from job brief to hiring decision in a single interface. From a short brief, CNX drafts the job description and sets the scoring criteria, then scores every application received from zero to one hundred against those criteria. Every score comes with the evidence behind it, criterion by criterion, so a manager can challenge the ranking rather than accept it. CNX also generates targeted interview questions built on the remaining uncertainties about a candidate, drafts interview invitations, and turns raw interview notes into a structured summary. Hiring decisions stay with the manager, never with the system. Accounts are isolated, third-party tokens are encrypted at rest and data is hosted in Europe, in line with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
