I like the customizable bars & add ons. The product was pretty easy to use and navigate.

I appreciate that CMS IntelliCAD is user-friendly and functions similarly to AutoCAD, but at a much lower price. It opens DWG files without any issues, operates quickly, and provides all the tools I require for my drawing projects. For everyday CAD tasks, it offers excellent value.

Prompt replies to enquiries, courteous and helpful replies and I think a general appreciation of customers in general. I would praise Joe for his understanding and diligence during what was for me a difficult period following a complete system loss. Customer care for me is about solving issues in a constructive and friendly manner. Well done. CMS software is very very good value and on a cost/licence/usablity basis it is excellent and if you can use Autocad it is a straight forward product to use and downloading and pruchasing the item is simple once you get it clear in your mind which model of whichever version of the software you are looking at and wish to buy. The software is very easy to install and set up for your personal requirements.
