Clubhand is an app for clubs and associations to plan events, organise volunteer shifts and keep members informed – instead of spreadsheets and group-chat lists. - Shift generator: "Bar, 6 pm to 2 am, 4-hour shifts, 2 people" in one go - Calendar-style schedule that shows open places at a glance - Members sign themselves up, with optional approval and a waitlist - Outside helpers sign up via a link or QR poster, without the app or an account - Reminders, calendar subscription and on-site check-in with a QR code - Participant registration, bring list, board with push notifications and polls - Required volunteer hours and statistics (Club Plus) - Imports members from ClubDesk, Webling or Excel (CSV) Built in Switzerland, starting with gymnastics clubs, and suited to any volunteer-run club: music, sports, youth, village festivals.
