ClubDock is booking software for kids' clubs, classes and camps in the UK: breakfast and after-school clubs, wraparound care, holiday clubs, and activities such as dance, sport, music and swimming. It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets and sticky notes. Parents book from a link, with no app to install. A place is held once it is in the basket, so a session cannot be oversold. Staff tap children in and out on the register, with a record of who collected them, and allergy and medical flags are on the screen. Clubs can let parents pay by card when they book. Family balances, reminders and reports are included, and bookings can reach Xero or QuickBooks. Pricing follows the value of the sessions a club runs each month: free under £500, £18 from £500 to £5,000, and £36 above that. Xero or QuickBooks adds £6 in the months it is used. There is no setup fee, no contract and no card needed to start. ClubDock is built in Bristol.
