ClubChamps is tournament management software for tennis and padel clubs. The platform automates bracket generation, score tracking, and standings updates. It supports three tournament formats: standard knockouts with automatic seeding and scheduling, handicap knockouts that balance skill levels through point advantages, and box leagues with seasonal divisions and automatic promotion/relegation. Organizers select a format, set dates, and share a registration link. Players register online, receive match notifications, and submit scores from their phones. Draws and standings update in real time as results come in. The software eliminates manual bracket creation and reduces the need for spreadsheets or group messaging to track tournament progress. Box leagues are available at no cost, while knockout tournaments involve a per-registration fee paid by participants.
