CloudVision is a London-based managed backup provider for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and QuickBooks. It backs up, monitors and restores business data as a fully managed service, for organisations across the UK and worldwide. Every protected item (a mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint site, Team, Google account or QuickBooks company) is checked against a 24-hour backup window. CloudVision’s UK team monitors this 24/7, fixes anything that falls outside the window and handles every restore, whether data was lost to accidental deletion, ransomware or a compromised account. Each morning customers receive the CloudVision Daily Backup Report. It’s a plain-English email that shows a compliance score, results by service and any items that need attention. A live dashboard on web, iOS and Android shows the same results. Every report is kept and can be exported to PDF or Excel for auditors, cyber insurers and boards. Backups are encrypted at rest and in transit and stored in ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 Type 2 audited data centres. Data is held in the UK by default, and customers can choose Ireland, Germany, the USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore or Japan at onboarding. Retention is set to each customer’s policy. CloudVision is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
