CloudingCamp is cloud-based management software for campsites, motorhome and overnight stopover areas, camper parks and glamping sites in Spain. It runs in any browser on desktop, tablet or phone, with nothing to install.
The front desk works from an interactive site map or a monthly planner: bookings, arrivals, departures and payments in one place. Check-in is done by scanning the guest's ID or passport with a mobile phone camera (document images are not stored), and guest registrations are sent automatically to SES.Hospedajes, the mandatory Spanish police register. INE occupancy surveys are prepared automatically and invoices comply with VERI*FACTU (Spanish Tax Agency).
It includes a booking engine for the campsite's own website, rates by season, year, accommodation type and length of stay, regional tourist tax, a point of sale for the campsite shop with stock control, number-plate access control for barriers, and a guest portal in five languages where guests open the barrier, check their stay and pay from their phone. Marisa, an AI assistant, answers front-desk questions using the campsite's own data.
One price, everything included: 30-day free trial with no card, then €85 per month with no commitment. Months with no activity are not billed. Data migration from your previous software is included.
