Cloud2Cloud Migrator is an enterprise migration platform for organisations retiring legacy email archives and moving their history into Microsoft 365.
It is built for the migrations other tools struggle with: very large archives, corrupt data, regulated industries and estates nobody fully understands. Customers include NHS Wales, Thomson Reuters, Investec, the IAEA and the US Department of Education.
Sources include Enterprise Vault (personal and journal archives), PST files, Mimecast, Proofpoint, Exchange public folders, Autonomy EAS, Barracuda, Dell EMC SourceOne and other legacy archives. Data can land in Microsoft 365 mailboxes, online archives, shared mailboxes or compliance holds, as well as Exchange and Mimecast.
Every project starts with discovery, which profiles each archive and PST file before anything moves: size, age, owner and known problems. Distributed agents then move data directly from source to destination, with no staging copies. To go faster, you add agents. Every message is checkpointed, so an interrupted job resumes where it stopped, without creating duplicates. Corrupt items are logged and skipped rather than stopping the migration.
The platform is built for compliance. Every action is recorded with the source item, destination, timestamp, agent and result. Reconciliation reports account for every message, and the audit trail exports as CSV, JSON or PDF. Agents can run in your own data centre or cloud, in-region, to meet data residency requirements. Role-based access lets regional teams run their own migration waves.
Specialist capabilities include Enterprise Vault shortcut rehydration, which brings back only the items users kept; parallel extraction of very large journal archives; automatic PST ownership assignment using Active Directory and content analysis; and public folder permission mapping.
Proven at scale: archives for 180,000 mailboxes moved for NHS Wales in 18 months, against a 10-year manual estimate. 46,000 PST files found and assigned automatically for a US federal department. More than 165 TB of messaging data migrated for a single customer.
Every project is scoped with the engineers who built the platform.
