Sapera is an all-in-one ERP platform for retailers, retail chains and service businesses, developed by Cloud Retail Systems A/S in Vejle. We’re not a startup in the classic sense. We’re an established software company with a product used every day in stores across Denmark, by customers like Kids Coolshop, Bang & Olufsen and Hvidt & Frit. But we’re still a small team with short decision paths and plenty of room to shape the product. The problem we solve is one most retailers know too well: the till runs on one system, the accounts on another, the webshop doesn’t talk to the stock system, and the workshop keeps track on paper or in spreadsheets. Every system has its own version of the truth, staff spend time moving data around instead of serving customers, and when something breaks there are four different suppliers to call. The big enterprise ERP systems can fix this, but they’re expensive, heavy to implement and built for companies far bigger than a local bike shop or a chain of machinery dealers. Sapera brings POS, accounting, inventory, order management, webshop, workshop, time registration and service into one system. Everything updates in real time, so the whole business works from the same data, and there’s one place to call for help. Sapera is an approved bookkeeping system by the Danish Business Authority, and we’re recommended by the trade associations for both bicycle dealers and the forest, garden and park industry. We also work with retailers in motorcycles, white goods, electronics and machinery, plus service companies with field technicians. Our app handles staff who are out on the road, in the warehouse or in the workshop. Sapera integrates with the tools retailers already use, such as Flatpay, Stripe, MobilePay, e-conomic, Business Central, WooCommerce and Shipmondo, and external developers can build on our open API. Why do we do it? Because no two shops are the same, and smaller retailers deserve tools as good as the big players have, without being squeezed into a standard box. If you join us, your work goes straight into stores and workshops and is used by real people every day.
