I like how intuitive Clockestra is. I can see the entire team's schedule in one go on the schedule page, which is quite helpful. I appreciate being able to assign roles and positions for open shifts, ensuring that only those with the right qualifications can pick them. It's also great to see the days employees are available highlighted in green. When creating a shift, the timeline on the right shows what hours an employee is available, which is super useful. I love that Clockestra can automatically set the breaks based on the hours they work according to what I set in the organization settings. The initial setup process was very easy and overall, it is a great application.
