Clocked Live is an employee attendance and time tracking app for small and growing teams. Staff check in and out from any phone or browser with no extra hardware, and managers see who is working, on break or absent on a live dashboard. To prevent buddy punching, admins can turn on facial recognition, photo check-in with admin approval, or random mid-shift verification prompts. Each can be enabled per employee, per department or for the whole organization. Face matching runs on the device, and only a numeric fingerprint is stored, never a photo. GPS check-in with office geo-fencing is also available. Other features: - Check-in/check-out, breaks and on-field status - Leave management with half days, leave years, carry-forward and paid/unpaid leave types - Attendance correction requests and approval queues - Overtime and night shifts that cross midnight - Weekly off days and holidays per employee, for rotating rosters - Comp-off when employees work on off days - Automatic check-out at shift end, with "still working?" reminders - Configurable late thresholds per employee - Payroll-style monthly Excel report plus CSV exports, and an audit log - Offline check-in; installable as an app on phone or desktop Pricing is a flat monthly price instead of per seat: free for up to 20 employees, $19/month for up to 100, $35/month for up to 250, and custom pricing above that.
