ClinicX is an EHR for outpatient practices in the US. Its main job is getting a visit from conversation to submitted claim with no manual coding in between. The provider talks with the patient as they normally would. ClinicX's AI scribe writes a formatted SOAP note from that conversation. ClinicX then pulls the CPT codes, diagnosis codes and modifiers straight from the note, builds the CMS 1500 claim, and sends it to your clearinghouse. Charting and coding happen in one pass instead of two. The rest of the practice runs in the same system. Providers prescribe electronically, including controlled substances, through ScriptSure on the Surescripts network. Staff book appointments with Google Calendar sync, and patients and providers get text and email reminders. Reporting dashboards are included. ClinicX is HIPAA compliant, hosted on AWS and built on FHIR R4. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice. It fits practices where providers finish notes at night, or where an outside billing company takes a percentage of collections to code and submit claims.
