What is Clinical Research Learning Network?

Clinical Research Learning Network (CRLN) measures whether clinical trial site staff are ready to make the decisions their studies depend on. Training certificates show who completed a course. They do not show who can handle a consent question, a serious adverse event, a protocol deviation or a source document when it counts. CRLN closes that gap. How it works: • Practice Lab: site staff and people entering the field work through realistic trial decisions, each scored against ICH E6(R3) Good Clinical Practice, with feedback and a confidence rating on every answer. • Readiness records: sites see readiness by role and decide which sponsor or CRO sees it. • Protocol Readiness Pilots: sponsors and CROs measure staff readiness on their own protocol across their selected sites before activation, reported only for groups of five or more. • CRLN-TRG-001: an open competency standard for clinical research site staff, published under CC BY 4.0 with a permanent DOI. At least two research sites publicly list it as in use. • AI evaluation: the same decisions are used to test AI models, with results published openly. • Career pathways: role matching, verifiable credentials and job search for people entering clinical research, in many languages. More than 700 people have joined through CRLN's own apps. Learners and sites never pay. CRLN does not recruit, match or refer patients. Founded 2024. Coral Springs, Florida.
