Carbon-OS is a carbon compliance platform built for organisations whose emissions figures have to survive external scrutiny. It ingests activity data from ERP systems, invoices, bills of materials, travel logs and freight records, routes it through a managed emission factor library, and produces Scope 1, 2 and 3 inventories in which every tonne is pinned to the source document it was derived from. The platform is organised around evidence rather than dashboards. Each figure carries its calculation method, factor version, data confidence score and a link to the underlying record, so an assurance provider, an export customer or a regulator can trace any number back to its origin without a separate reconciliation exercise. Carbon-OS covers corporate and product boundaries. Corporate reporting spans BRSR Core, CSRD, ISSB, CDP and SBTi target tracking. Product carbon footprints follow ISO 14067 and the GHG Protocol Product Standard, producing passport-ready outputs for CBAM declarations, the EU Battery Regulation and Environmental Product Declarations. Financed emissions follow PCAF methodology for banks and asset managers. For Indian filers, the platform maps company-level disclosure onto the per-facility, gate-to-gate basis that the Carbon Credit Trading Scheme requires, and populates BRSR Core essential and leadership indicators directly from ledger data. A connected carbon credit marketplace lets organisations source, retire and report verified credits against residual emissions inside the same system, with retirement records attached to the reporting period they offset.
