Clidapt is carbon accounting and ESG reporting software for SMEs and the consultants who serve them, built for inventories that must survive external verification. It calculates Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions to the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064-1, with AR5 and AR4 factor sets. Emission factors are stored one row per year, so a 2024 activity keeps its 2024 factor and base-year comparisons stay valid when a grid gets cleaner. Reporting periods lock once verified, enforced in the database, not the interface. Multi-entity by design: each site or subsidiary holds its own inventory, and the group total is the sum of parts a verifier can trace. Data arrives by manual entry, CSV, or AI extraction from utility bills, which reads each document's declared period before extracting rows. Exports include a formula-live Excel workbook an auditor can recalculate. One customer passed an accredited third-party GHG verification with zero non-conformities. English and Spanish.
