Magnificent interface

|CleverPDF
It is a very useful software. What I like most about CleverPDF is its interface. It is very well organized. The choice of colors has been successful. It is a program that does not require great knowledge in computing to learn how to use it, thanks to its extraordinary design. In my work we use it mainly to convert files in word, excel and power point to PDF, managing to reduce the size of documents. Some important files, such as those related to assessments and student grades, are protected through this program to prevent them from being modified.

Simply clever!

In my opinion, this suite of PDF tools is very handy. It can convert a PDF to any Microsoft Office format (e.g. Word, Excel, Power point). This is handy when a client sends a PDF and you need to edit it. Another useful tool is the compression tool which allows you to shrink a PDF. There are also tools to convert any Microsoft Office document into a PDF and to convert a PDF into images. These tools aren't as useful for me as most of the Office applications allow you to do this anyway, but it is nice to have all these tools in one application. Although I only use it for Microsoft Office products, you can use it to convert PDFs into Apple documents as well, such as Pages, Numbers and Keynote, although I have not used these functions.

An awesome tool and growing

It can convert pdf files to a large number of formats (.doc, .ppt, .jpeg) and also allows me to protect them. You can create watermarks, but the best thing is that you have a desktop version and a web version.
