Clerestory is a CRM and payments platform built for non-profit organizations that take money in more than one way. Memberships, dues, walk-up admissions, event tickets and sponsorships, silent and live auctions, raffles, classes, gift shop sales and donations all run in one checkout and land on one donor record. Payments are direct charges on the organization's own Stripe account. Clerestory charges 3% per successful transaction, plus Stripe's processing, with no license fee, no per-seat pricing, no modules, no minimum and no contract. Donors can choose to cover the fees, and if a payment is refunded, the 3% comes back. Built for museums, historical societies, botanical gardens, arts centers, service clubs, Friends groups, land trusts, churches and animal rescues.
