Clenta is a clienteling app for independent boutiques, fashion stores, and fine jewelry stores, where clients have names, not numbers. Its assistant, Iris, keeps the client book for the whole team. After a visit, an associate talks or types for thirty seconds in their own words. Iris files it with the right client: sizes, tastes, purchases, anniversaries, and the promise to call when a piece arrives. No forms, no fields. Before the next visit, anyone on the team can open a client briefing with history, open items, and a next step. Every morning the team gets overdue follow-ups, upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, and anything left hanging. When an associate moves on, the client book stays with the store. Iris connects read-only to the store's point of sale, so purchase history lands in each client's timeline without manual entry. Associates can talk to Iris in Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and more, and notes are saved in English so the whole team can search them. Each store's data is kept separate and encrypted in transit and at rest, and client data never trains third-party AI.
