ClearMakes Inbox runs workflows on new messages in Gmail, Outlook and Slack. You connect your apps, then say what should happen in one sentence, like "when someone asks about prices, draft a reply for me". It asks at most one question, about how it should behave, writes the steps, and you check them and turn it on. Steps can post to Slack, add a note or a contact in HubSpot, add a row to Google Sheets, draft a reply for you to check, or call your own MCP server or HTTP endpoint. Many more apps connect through Composio. A workflow can pause, wait for a reply, or try a step again. Every run is listed step by step. Smart FAQ keeps answers you write once and uses them to reply to the questions you get every day. It is priced per run, and a run includes all its steps. Free: 3 apps, 100 runs a month. Starter: $29 a month for 5,000 runs. Growth: $59 a month, no limits. Enterprise: $39 a seat a month, with SSO. Not for: automations that don't start from a message, or teams that need a shared inbox with assignments.
