I appreciate that CoachingPortal offers a wide range of features without making the day-to-day experience feel overly complicated. Program delivery, nutrition planning, check-ins, messaging, and reporting are all available within the same platform, which keeps everything easy to find and manage. Ease of use was one of the main reasons it worked so well for our team. I’ve used platforms such as Trainerize and Everfit, and CoachingPortal feels more focused on supporting the full coaching operation rather than emphasizing only individual features. Support has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed clarification.

It has everything I need in one app. It’s easy to see where my clients are at, and it makes it simple to build nutrition and exercise programs for them. What would take hours has taken me no time at all, freeing up more time to analyze and connect with my clients' needs.

The biggest benefit for me is having everything in one place. Program delivery, check-ins, and messaging are all connected, so I’m no longer switching between different tools. The check-in flow is straightforward and makes it easy to review each week. Having progress tracking built in also saves time during client reviews. Overall, it feels well aligned with how coaching actually runs day to day.
