Clear Conscience does all the online work of a property manager, without the commission, for €39 per listing per month, excluding VAT, with no commitment. Airbnb, Booking.com and your direct booking page share one calendar: a booking on one side closes the same nights everywhere. Included for every listing: dynamic pricing reviewed every day within your minimum and maximum, smart minimum stay, automatic stay messages, replies to guest questions, a unified Airbnb and Booking.com inbox, a reply to every review, listing optimisation and photo audit, a door code for every stay (Nuki, Tedee, SwitchBot), a digital welcome book with QR code, a direct booking page paid into your own Stripe account, and a monthly report with human review. Check-in and cleaning stay with you.
