CleanedWeb is the real estate data layer for product, engineering, and data teams that need current property listings across fragmented markets.
Instead of building and maintaining a separate integration for every property portal, teams query one maintained data contract. CleanedWeb collects eligible listing observations, normalizes inconsistent fields, conservatively resolves duplicate advertisements into canonical property records, and preserves the source evidence behind every result.
Each delivered property includes a stable identifier for downstream upserts, normalized property, location and pricing fields, available source URLs and identifiers, and observation timestamps. When sources disagree, CleanedWeb keeps that provenance visible. Ambiguous listings remain separate rather than being merged with false confidence.
CleanedWeb supports workflows such as:
- Launching property search in a new market
- Monitoring advertised inventory and asking-price changes
- Supplying normalized inputs to acquisition and competitive-market analysis
- Enriching warehouses, dashboards, models, and customer-facing property products
- Synchronizing downstream records through saved searches and finalized change events
- Teams can evaluate records in the CleanedWeb portal, search through the REST API, export bounded JSON or CSV results, and use signed webhooks and incremental delivery where enabled.
