We implemented Claspo for one of our clients and were especially interested in its AI capabilities. The AI agent can take over a large part of the popup workflow: it analyzes the website and visitor journey, suggests campaigns and messaging, launches different variants, and keeps improving them based on performance. We also liked that the platform is flexible to configure more advanced scenarios. The marketing team appreciated how easy it was to manage campaigns without developer involvement. The editor and targeting settings are simple, and the testing feature offered 5 testing scenarios for a popup. We contacted support to clarify some details and they were quick to answer and offered help setting up the campaigns.

Claspo is easy to use, and the editor feels intuitive even when you’re setting up more advanced campaigns. The AI agent analyzed our website and suggested copy based on our visitors’ needs, which gave us a useful starting point and saved time. The marketing team could launch and update popups themselves without involving our developers. Plus, one-click integrations made it easy to fit Claspo into our existing marketing workflow.
We also liked the targeting and display settings because we wanted to show different offers on different pages. Claspo’s A/B/C/D/E testing gave us several variants to compare and helped us identify the popup that generated the most clicks and potential leads. Overall, Claspo is a good value for us because we could create, test, and optimize campaigns in one place. The setup was simple, and when we needed help, the support team was responsive.

What I like most about Claspo popups is that they are just really easy to set up. We needed to show a limited-time discount to new visitors, and it took us maybe ten minutes. We quickly found a great template with a countdown timer and launched it with only a few tweaks. We used their AI copywriter to improve text on the popup and changed colors.
The most important thing in our setup was precise targeting. We managed to set it up so it triggers only for new users who are about to close the page. The discount was only for new users, not regular customers. Claspo has integrations with our tools, so all the new leads went straight to our email campaigns.
We contacted support about the display rules when setting things up, and Olena helped us quickly.
The pricing is fair, it pays for itself almost immediately.
