Shipzora is shipping bill tracking software for India's goods exporters and their accountants. Sign in once with the exporter's ICEGATE and DGFT accounts and it reads every shipping bill the IEC has ever filed, old and new, and keeps each one up to date by itself — nothing is typed in by hand, not the bill numbers, not the dates, not the container numbers. For every shipping bill it shows, on one screen: the bill's status at customs and whether the EGM has been filed; the duty drawback and its scroll; the RoDTEP and RoSCTL claims and their e-scrips; the IGST refund, its scroll or the reason it is held; the bill's standing in RBI's EDPMS with the payment due date; the e-BRC from DGFT and the inward remittance behind it; and where the container or the air shipment is, to the vessel's departure from India and, in the desktop app, on to delivery. The export invoices of every GSTR-1 ever filed are matched to the shipping bills, so an IGST refund held for a mismatch shows the mismatch. One overview totals what is owed and what has been paid, lists the bills with no EGM, the realisations overdue in EDPMS, the e-BRCs missing, and the RCMC, authorisation and IEC-updation reminders falling due. Every figure opens the bills behind it; every table downloads to Excel; when a bill is stuck, Shipzora drafts the message to the carrier or the customs broker. It runs as a website (nothing to install; the server is in AWS Mumbai, India) and as a Windows and Mac app that keeps the data on the exporter's own computer and reads twice a day by itself. Data is end-to-end encrypted: not even Shipzora can read an exporter's bills. Made in India by Clarv Technologies Private Limited, Noida. A demo with sample data is open at shipzora.in without an account; a free 3-day trial on your own bills can be booked there.
