Clanker Support deflects the repetitive half of your support volume without hiding the half that actually needs a person. The widget installs with one script tag and answers from your own knowledge base. When the docs do not cover a question, it says so rather than inventing an answer, and hands off to your team with the entire conversation attached. Agents reply from a built-in inbox or straight from email, and responses thread back to the customer automatically. Model choice is yours. GPT, Claude and Gemini are all available through LLM Gateway, and switching between them is a configuration change rather than a re-implementation, so you are not locked to one vendor's pricing or roadmap. The entire stack is MIT licensed and self-hostable. Teams with compliance requirements or an existing infrastructure team can run it themselves on workerd with D1-compatible SQLite — no Postgres, Redis or application server to maintain. Everyone else can use the hosted plans, which start at $19 per month with a 7-day trial and no per-seat pricing.
