Citation Checks

0 reviews

When a customer asks an AI assistant who to hire, it answers with a few names and stops. Citation Checks measures whether yours is one of them. The report asks thirty questions your customers actually ask — by name, by problem, and at the point of choosing — three times each on ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok, up to 450 answers. It records every answer verbatim, reports how often you were named with a 95% confidence range on every number, lists the businesses named instead of you, checks your own site the way the platforms read it, and writes every fix as a prompt you can hand to the AI you already use. One follow-up re-check of the same questions is included, so the before-and-after is honest. It is a measurement, not an agency: nobody can promise a placement, so we promise the numbers instead, and publish our own report run on our own domain, unflattering figures included. Online, from Vancouver, serving the United States and Canada.
