Citanic is clinic management software for aesthetic and medical aesthetic clinics in Spain that gives every clinic its own branded app for its clients, with the clinic's name, logo and colours. Clients book at any time, see their appointments and session packages and receive reminders in the clinic's own app, not in a marketplace.
Inside, Citanic automates the daily work: automatic reminders, sessions deducted from the package when an appointment is completed, invoices generated from the appointment (ready for Spain's Verifactu), and consent forms signed on a tablet or phone and stored in the client record. An AI assistant answers questions about the schedule, creates and moves appointments by voice, transcribes session notes and analyses the clinic's reports. Everything is connected to the clients' app: what changes in the schedule is what they see.
It also includes scheduling by professional and by room, an online booking page, cash register and payments, clinical records for medical aesthetic clinics, inventory and reports. No commission per booking. Onboarding is guided: a demo with each clinic's case, setup, help bringing data from the previous software and team training. The software is in Spanish.
